1. Are your doctors accepting new patients?
Yes, we have several primary care physicians currently accepting new patients. Please call our direct scheduling phone number, (503) 223-3113, and we will be happy to provide you with the names of physicians who are accepting new patients.

2. Do you accept my health insurance plan?
You may check to see if we accept your insurance plan by visiting Health Plans/Business Services, calling our direct scheduling phone number, (503) 223-3113, or calling our health plan office at (503) 221-2189.

3. With which hospitals are you affiliated?
The physicians of The Portland Clinic admit to Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital, Legacy Meridian Park Hospital (pediatrics only) and Legacy Emanuel Hospital (pediatrics only).  (You may want to check with your health plan to see which hospital they require you to use.)

4. Do each of your offices offer x-ray and laboratory facilities?
Yes. For the convenience of our patients, each of The Portland Clinic medical offices offers x-ray and lab facilities.

5. How can Portland Clinic patients reach a physician after hours?
For after hours care, just call our main office phone number, (503) 221-0161, and we will have one of our physicians contact you.

6. Does The Portland Clinic have extended office hours?
Yes.  The Tigard Medical Campus Campus offers walk-in Urgent Care 6 days a week (M-F, 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm) and the Downtown Clinic offers Urgent Care, M-F, 9am-6pm (16 yrs and older). For a complete listing of our office hours visit Important Phone Numbers.

7. Do you provide parking at all of your locations?
Parking at all of our facilities is conveniently located right next to the buildings. There is a small 75 cent per hour charge for parking at our downtown facility to cover the cost of the parking attendant. Our Beaverton, Tigard and South facilities provide free parking.
