Directions from Vancouver: Take I-205 South, over the Glenn Jackson Bridge. Take the Airport Way exit. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Airport Way. You will travel approximately 1.5 miles. Merge into the right lane to turn right on Ainsworth Circle, the first right hand turn after McDonalds and the Hilton Garden hotel. The driveway for Columbia Medical Plaza is the first left.

Directions from SW, SE, or Downtown: Take I-84 East and take the I-205 North exit (Exit 8) toward Seattle. From SE Portland, take I-205 North. Once on I-205, take exit 24B/Airport Way East. Follow Airport Way approximately 1.5 miles heading East, taking the first right hand turn after McDonald's and the Hilton Garden hotel onto Ainsworth Circle. The driveway is the first left.

If you are coming East on I-84 and I-205 North appears to be backed up, stay on I-84 and take the 122nd Ave exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto 122nd. You will be heading North and will follow 122nd for approximately 2 miles. Turn left on Airport Way and take an immediate left turn onto Ainsworth Circle, left into our driveway.

Directions from East: Take I-84 West towards Portland, then take exit 9 for I-205 North (keep right at the fork and continue to merge onto I-205 N). Take Exit 24B Airport Way E, Merge onto NE Airport Way, turn right onto Ainsworth Circle and the Clinic will be on the left.
