Dr. McCartney earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center where she also completed a residency in internal medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and an affiliate of the Oregon Medical Association. Dr. McCartney has a special interest in women’s health, chronic disease management, and geriatric medicine. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, and reading.
