Susan completed her dietetics education at Oregon State University. She also completed her M.S. in Education from Portland State University. A registered dietitian since 1985, she has clinical, consulting, and education work experience in nutrition and dietetics. Susan is very interested in promoting preventative health through nutrition and education, particularly in the areas of cardiovascular disease and diabetics.
