Dr. Lindeman received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. He went on to complete his internship in general surgery at Providence Hospital and Medical Centers in Southfield, MI and his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Toledo, St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee, OH in 2009. He joined Columbia Family Medical Associates in 2009 prior to the practice joining The Portland Clinic. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Lynn received her undergraduate degree from Oregon Health and Science University and her graduate degree from the University of Portland. She has been practicing at Columbia Family Medical Associates since 1993, prior to joining The Portland Clinic.

Ralph A. Yates, D.O., is a family and sports medicine physician in Portland, Oregon and was the founder of Columbia Family Medical Associates, P.C. prior to joining The Portland Clinic. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Ca. and a Clinical Associate Professor, of Family Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland. After graduating from the United States Coast Guard Academy, he received his medical degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.

Jeffrey S. Young, M.D., joined Columbia Family Medical Associates in 2002, prior to the practice joining The Portland Clinic. Graduating from Oregon Heath Science University (OHSU) in 1990, he is also a Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine at OHSU. Dr. Young completed his residency in 1993 from the Swedish Family Medicine Program in Seattle, WA. He has a variety of clinical experiences, including family practice, urgent and prenatal care, as well as teaching Emergency Medical Technicians. Dr. Young is a team physician for his Alma Mater, at the University of Portland.
