This free support group is open to anyone with diabetes.
Jan. 28 topic: Foot problem prevention: Foot Solutions of Tigard presents shoe gear to keep feet comfortable and to prevent foot problems.
Mar. 25 topic: Lower your cholesterol without medications: a discussion with Jan Adams Kaplan, M.S., R.D., CDE, dietitian and certified diabetes educator.

lf you have a family history of diabetes, a diagnosis of pre-diabetes, a personal history of gestational diabetes, or other diabetes risk factors, join us to learn how to reduce your risk of developing diabetes. Cost is $20. One support person may attend free.
LIVING WELL WITH HEART FAILURE

Patients living with heart failure will learn how to make lifestyle changes and manage their disease process to enhance their quality of life. The series begins with a phone interview, followed by four classes taught by a team of physical therapists, physicians, a registered dietitian and a registered nurse.
