To get the most from your appointment with a dietitian or to keep track of your dietary habits on your own please use our Food Log. If you are preparing for an appointment with a dietitian please record what you eat for three typical days in your life using our Food Log. These should not be "perfect" days or a record of how you think you should eat but rather an accurate record of your actual food and beverage intake.
