  • Both types of orthotics can be used to offload painful areas to the bottom of the foot, as well as support and align the foot and ankle.
  • This can help decrease pain, preserve and protect joints, and improve muscle balance and strength.

COST

We offer competitive prices for pre-fabricated and custom-made orthotics.

 

DISPENSING

  • Pre-fabricated inserts are fitted in the office during your first visit.
  • Custom orthotics requires a cast mold of your foot that will be done on your first visit. These are then sent to an orthotics lab with a doctor's prescription to be made. This generally takes 2-3 weeks.

 

BREAK-INPERIOD

When your custom orthotics are ready we will call you to pick them up. For both devices there is an eight day break in period. Wear them one hour the first day then remove. Increase by one hour each day for eight days. After the break in period you can wear them all day.
