As a dietitian/nutritionist, I practice medical nutrition therapy for a wide variety of conditions and do nutrition and diabetes education. My professional education includes a degree in Dietetics from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California, a clinical internship at St Paul Ramsey Medical Center in St Paul, Minnesota and a master’s degree in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Nourishing food is the very foundation of good health. I work with people to help them find a sustainable way of eating that supports their health and also acknowledges the emotional and social aspects of eating.
When not in the office, I am in the garden growing organic vegetables and herbs, in the wilderness hiking, on the mountain skiing or in the city enjoying the theater, restaurants and music.
