I grew up in Central Oregon and moved to the Portland area after high school to attend Lewis & Clark College. I graduated in 2002 with a degree in Mathematics/Computer Science. After working for a few years looking for my perfect career, I returned to school and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in 2010. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and abilities and helping them to return to the activities that they love. Prior to The Portland Clinic, I worked several years in the specialty of chronic neck and back pain. I enjoy educating my patients about their conditions and teaching them simple exercises and techniques to treat their own pain to help prevent it from returning.
Outside of work, my first priority is spending time with family including my husband and young son. I enjoy hiking, traveling, knitting and crocheting, playing soccer, and playing French horn in a local wind symphony.
