I hold a doctorate in audiology from the University of Florida. As a clinical audiologist, I evaluate and treat hearing loss in people of all ages. I believe in compassionate, patient-centered care. Hearing loss affects people’s lives in a variety of different ways, and I strive to collaborate with patients to develop the most effective treatment plan for their individual needs. It’s rewarding to see the profound effect that improved hearing and communication can have on a person’s quality of life and interpersonal relationships.
I grew up backpacking, riding horses and cross-country skiing in the mountains of rural Northern California. After high school, I spent time living in Spain and Puerto Rico, and I am fluent in Spanish. I moved to Portland in 2006 and really enjoy the blend of urban and outdoor recreational opportunities we have here. Outside of work, I still love skiing and traveling, as well as puzzles and spicy food.
