As an advocate for women, I’m committed to providing my patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health. I offer a full range of care, including assisting in contraceptive needs, optimizing reproductive health and helping to guide women through the menopause transition. In addition to routine preventive care, I provide both medical and surgical solutions for menstrual problems, pelvic disorders, urinary issues, family planning concerns and menopause-related issues. The Portland Clinic is a great place to practice, with an excellent team of doctors who help make sure that all of my patients’ health care needs are met.
I’m originally from Michigan, and that’s where I completed my medical training. I graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my obstetrics and gynecology residency at St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital. After practicing for four years in my home state, I felt ready for an adventure, and my husband and I decided to move west. We relocated to Oregon in 2008. Now we have two children and are enjoying raising them in the Pacific Northwest.
I spend my time away from my practice with my children and husband. We love taking trips to the beach, walking in parks and exploring new places to play. I also enjoy golfing, baking, reading, and traveling back to Michigan to visit my family.
