Bio

I grew up in the small town of Sunapee, N.H., before heading to Connecticut for college. After completing pharmacy school at the University of Connecticut in 2017, I packed up and drove to Portland for post-graduate training with Providence Portland Medical Center and Providence Medical Group. The ability to practice collaboratively in a progressive environment with compassionate health care providers has kept me here in Portland ever since.

As a pharmacist and diabetes educator, I am passionate about helping patients develop personalized strategies to achieve their health goals. I understand that living with diabetes can be overwhelming — that’s why I’m dedicated to empowering patients with the knowledge, support and encouragement they need to take control of their health with confidence. My approach focuses on listening and collaborating to set realistic, evidence-based goals that are tailored to the patient’s lifestyle. I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients and helping to make their diabetes management feel more doable.

Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors and discovering new places to dine with friends. I’m an avid sports fan and will root for Oregon teams as long as they aren’t playing Boston/New England teams!
