Bio

I received my bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science from Oregon State University and earned my doctorate degree in physical therapy from Pacific University. 

I feel fortunate to be in a profession in which I can help people reach their physical health goals and improve their quality of life. I believe in treating the body as a whole; my work with patients emphasizes manual therapy techniques and Pilates-based therapeutic exercise.

I am a native Oregonian. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and being outdoors.
