May 30, 2025 – Please note: We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls, which may result in longer wait times. Your calls are important to us. Please stay on the phone line or select the callback option when prompted, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

If you are calling about a prescription you have already requested, please be aware that processing is taking longer than normal. To avoid system backlogs, we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting a duplicate request through MyChart.

If you are out of medication and need an urgent refill, please follow the prompts on the phone message to leave a voicemail for the refill team, and they will respond as soon as they are able.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.

Bio

Clinical areas of interest:

  • Finding meaning in one’s life
  • Adult children of alcoholic families
  • Managing complicated family dynamics
  • Aging and end-of-life considerations

I provide individual therapy to adults suffering from depression, anxiety, self-esteem problems and relationship conflicts. I also help people with issues related to life transitions, such as divorce, grief/loss, relocation, and struggles in mother-daughter relationships. I offer treatment in a nonjudgmental manner to people of all lifestyles, orientations and gender identities.

I hold a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University New England. Originally from the Boston area, I have worked in health care for many years offering counseling, coaching and support to individuals and groups in high-stress careers. I moved to Oregon in 2008 with my family to enjoy the beautiful weather and nature of the Pacific Northwest. I will always be a Boston sports fan, however!

In my free time, I enjoy contributing to outlets like The Huffington Post and Modern Loss on topics related to mental health. Follow me at http://www.huffingtonpost.com/pat-blumenthal/ or on Instagram.
