Bio

I’m a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience in helping adults find clarity, resilience and renewed purpose in their lives. I hold a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University New England. My career has been shaped by diverse roles — in private practice, primary care and end-of-life care — that have given me a deep appreciation for the many ways people seek meaning and healing.

I’ve been deeply influenced by the work of Irvin Yalom, Ram Dass, Thomas Moore and Clarissa Pinkola Estés, each of whom speaks to a different facet of the human experience. Their teachings have shaped how I show up as a therapist: with presence, curiosity, honesty and deep respect for each person’s unique life path.

I believe that healing happens in authentic relationship, through courageous self-exploration, through shared insight, and sometimes through stories that remind us of who we are. I’m drawn to the deeper questions — not just “How do we fix this?” but also “What does this mean?” and “What is being asked of you now?”

I work especially well with people who are:

  • Navigating life transitions or redefining what’s next
  • Balancing caring for others with caring for themselves
  • Exploring identity, values or creative expression

As a person and a therapist, I value humor, humility, and the sacredness of ordinary life. I strive to create a space that’s warm, thoughtful and grounded in both psychological depth and lived wisdom. My goal is to help you to connect with what truly matters to you, to reduce the noise of self-doubt and to live in a way that feels authentic and sustaining.
