I provide individual therapy to adults suffering from depression, anxiety, self-esteem problems and relationship conflicts. I also help people with issues related to life transitions, such as divorce, grief/loss, relocation, and struggles in mother-daughter relationships. I offer treatment in a nonjudgmental manner to people of all lifestyles, orientations and gender identities.
I hold a doctoral degree in
clinical psychology from Antioch University New England. Originally from the
Boston area, I have worked in health care for many years offering counseling,
coaching and support to individuals and groups in high-stress careers. I moved
to Oregon in 2008 with my family to enjoy the beautiful weather and nature of
the Pacific Northwest. I will always be a Boston sports fan, however!
