Internal Medicine - Primary Care - Travel Clinic
Not accepting new patients at this time.
I earned my medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. I completed my residency in internal medicine at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics and am affiliated with the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
I am considered a primary care doctor and work hard to be a good first contact for patients when they seek health care. I work to coordinate needed care and follow-up whenever necessary. Being an athlete, I love working with active people to keep them active. But generally speaking I enjoy the prevention and identification of the more common health conditions we face as a community including diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, and the conditions associated with these health issues. I continue to enjoy working at The Portland Clinic and its multispecialty culture, interacting with its many doctors to provide the best possible patient experience.
Outside of the office, I remain very active. I have always been a competitive athlete and am currently having a great time watching my children get a taste of similar activities. I continue to play soccer and love following the Timbers. What has kept me in Oregon is my love of the outdoors and the activities it affords including hiking, backpacking, kayaking, climbing, and trail running.
Dr. Crouse was elected as a top doctor in Portland Monthly’s 2014-2018 “Top Docs and Nurses” feature.
