Parking: Patients who park in our clinic parking lot on SW Taylor Street between SW 12th and 13th will receive three (3) hours of free parking during their appointment(s). To receive the discount, you will enter a parking validation code when you get your parking stub at the pay station. The code will be sent to you prior to your appointment via text, email, or voice message.

If you do not receive the code the day before your appointment, please call our scheduling line at 503-223-3113 and the parking code will be provided.

If you forget the code when you arrive for your appointment, please check with the registration desk inside the clinic.

If you have mobility issues, please go directly to the registration desk in the clinic lobby and someone will assist you with the parking pay station.
