What this estimate means

This estimate is provided in good faith and reflects our best effort to anticipate the cost of your upcoming services based on the information available at the time it is created. It includes expected services and your current insurance benefits, if applicable.

Why costs may change

Health care is complex, and sometimes your care needs can change. Your final cost may differ from this estimate due to factors such as:

• Additional or fewer services provided during your procedure
• Clinical findings discovered during treatment
• Decisions made by your care team to ensure the best outcome
• Updates to your insurance coverage or how your claim is processed

What you’ll pay now

We will collect your estimated patient responsibility prior to your procedure. Please note that this amount is not a guarantee of your final balance.

After your procedure

Once your insurance provider reviews and processes your claim:

• If your responsibility is higher than estimated, you will receive a bill for the remaining balance.
• If your responsibility is lower, any overpayment will be refunded to you.

Self-Pay Patients

If you are not using insurance, we offer a clear and straightforward payment process to help you plan ahead.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time you schedule your procedure.
• The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your surgery.
• A 20% discount will be applied to the remaining balance when it is paid in advance.

This approach is designed to provide transparency and help reduce financial uncertainty, so you can focus on your care.
