Great news! You can now log in to your new MyChart account with The Portland Clinic. Your Original MyChart account will also still be available for the next six (6) months if you need to reference past information.

Use this link to:

• Activate your new MyChart account, if you haven’t already
  • Here’s how to sign up (PDF) >>
• Send a message to your provider.
  (Please allow up to 10 business days for responses to MyChart messages during the initial transition period to the new system.)
• Schedule or cancel appointments.
• Request a referral.
• Request medication refills.
• View test results and visit summaries from appointments that occurred on or after May 21, 2025.
• Pay bills for services on or after May 21, 2025.
• Request a copy of your medical records.
