Connect with your health care team from The Portland Clinic from the comfort of your home.

MyChart is a free, secure, online health management tool that connects The Portland Clinic patients to their health team and offers a variety of convenient features listed below.

View medical information

• Review medications, immunizations, allergies, and medical history
• Receive test results online – no waiting for a phone call or letter
• View your Visit Summaries which contain information about your appointment including the reason for visit, vitals taken, medication updates, follow up information and more
• View chart notes from recent visits

Stay in touch with your doctor

• Communicate with your physician or provider by sending a secure message
• Request renewals of your medications online

Manage appointments

• Schedule an appointment with your primary care and/or specialty physician or provider.
• Cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.
• View details of your past and upcoming appointments.

eCheck-in prior to an appointment

Log in to MyChart before coming in for your appointment to expedite your check-in process.

With MyChart’s eCheck-in feature, you can:

• Answer health questionnaires
• Confirm any current medications, allergies, and health issues
• Verify that your insurance and demographic information is accurate
• Sign forms
• Pay your copay

To begin eCheck-in:

1. Log into MyChart
2. Select Visits from the top menu bar
3. Click Appointments and Visits from the drop-down menu
4. Find your appointment and click the eCheck-in button

You will receive a reminder three (3) days before your appointment, which will include a link to eCheck-in. For in-person visits, please let a front desk staff member know that you have arrived and used the eCheck-in feature.

Pay your bill online

MyChart is a convenient, secure way to manage your balance.

• View your current outstanding balance
• Securely save a payment method and set up automatic payments
• Set up a payment plan to pay your balance without needing to contact customer service

MyChart is safe and secure

The Portland Clinic takes great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. MyChart access is permitted only to authorized users who have been verified through an activation process. Users have a unique username and password that is known only to them. MyChart is also compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to patient privacy.

To request Proxy access to a patient’s account, you will need to request access in person at any of our locations.
