Bio

As a primary care doctor, I enjoy building lasting relationships with my patients. My main focus is on preventive health — particularly helping my patients with lifestyle changes that can prevent a host of chronic diseases. I love being able to care for adult patients of all ages, from young adults to elders, and from all different backgrounds.

I grew up in Beaverton, attended the University of San Francisco, and earned my medical degree at Oregon Health and Science University. After completing my internal medicine residency in primary care at the University of Nevada, I moved back to Portland to start my practice.

I’m very happy to be living and practicing in Portland. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children. Hiking and camping together are two of our favorite activities.
